Pleased to meet you..

Creativity runs through all aspects of my life and with 6 years as a stationery business owner and over 10 years of in-house design experience, I am both self-motivated and a great team player. I’m naturally resourceful and innovative and approach my work with a professional, punctual, can-do attitude. I take great pride in my work and being a forward thinker have the ability to work within tight deadlines. At present I work as the sole in-house designer for a paint company. During my 10 years here I created the identity for their new brand Avko Interior, launching it through all packaging, advertising and literature. I enjoy problem-solving and relish the challenges a creative role brings to my life. I’m now keen to bring my energy and passion to a new set of challenges.

I have experience of working closely with in house printing facilities so have solid knowledge of works with print specifications and requirements. Being a self taught designer I pride myself on my flair and versatility, I am highly intelligent and always manage to challenge the boundaries this way.

I was born in Kent, raised in North Devon and have been Southampton based since the year 2000. I enjoy keeping fit, and staying strong. Yoga, and singing with my soul band and performing Jazz in the odd cocktail Bar. I drink decaf coffee, and I am a huge Gin fan. I have a fluffy brown cat called Boo, and live with my husband Tim.
